Frequently asked questions
Why is the magazine no longer being printed?
We have thought long and hard over the decision not to have a printed version of the magazine, and following many requests from readers to go digital, and the current situation that we are in, this has emboldened us to take the plunge and take the step into the digital world.
Will the magazine be available in print version after the current pandemic?
No, going forward from June’s issue it will be digital only.
How often will new issues be available? Which day will they be published?
New issues will be available weekly. We are looking to publish content every Thursday, so you will get access to the latest resources instantly, just when you need them.
I did not receive the copy of Premier Christianity that was promised in the letter.
Your copy of CTY should be with you shortly. We are aware the Royal Mail are dealing with a reduced workforce and are therefore struggling to deliver post on time. It should be with you soon.
If I am already a Premier Christianity subscriber, do I get an extra copy?
We have not sent you an extra copy this time, but if you would like one, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they can send one to you.
Is my current subscription still available?
Yes, your subscription has not changed. You will now have access to a digital magazine of Premier Youth and Children’s Work. If you have not received an email or a written letter from us, please contact email@example.com for any request you have.
What is the pricing for the digital magazine?
A monthly subscription is £4.99
An annual subscription is £47.99
Why is the subscription the same price?
Good quality youth, children’s and family ministry resources costs money to create. The magazine is published by a company wholly owned by a charity with any profits ploughed back into ministry. Currently YCW magazine has been losing money and with reduced advertising income we have needed to make savings to try to bring this title back into break even.
I used to share my magazine around my team, will we now have to pay for multiple subscriptions?
No. If you are using the subscription in connection with your church or as a shared resource, you will be able to share your login details with your team, so everyone can access the resource.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you go, but if you do wish to cancel your subscription, please email our subscriptions team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, subscription reference number and postcode.
If you purchased your subscription within Apple or Google App stores, you will need to cancel your subscription directly within the Apple and Google systems.
I wish to cancel can I get a refund?
Of course we would encourage you to give it a try for a month, but if you know it’s not for you of course we can process a pro-rata refund.
Can I buy a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions are no longer available.

If you double-click anywhere on your screen, navigation tools will appear to help take you back to the main menu.
