Kenda Creasy Dean and Shane Claibourne will speak at the 2014 Youthwork Summit in Manchester. The event, which returns to the 2011 venue - Audacious! Church - will take place on the 16th and 17th May next year.
Delegates attending the early day on the 16th will see Creasy Dean leading a day-long workshop on her book Almost Christian, about the need to lead young people into a deep discipleship away from ‘moralistic therapeutic deism’. On the main day itself, there will be the opportunity to hear from numerous youth ministry experts, including Katharine Welby, Andy Hawthorne, Ian Henderson, Seth Pinnock, Andrew Marin, American
youth ministry legend Duffy Robbins and a final address from Shane Claiborne.
