'My youth group was a failure'

In September 2009 I began my first employed youth work position in Devon, after spending three years training with SWYM (South West Youth Ministries). I was hired as the youth and children’s worker for an Anglican parish of three churches. My job was to develop an evangelistic programme which would reach unchurched young people.
